1. Information we collect

This website is an informational resource. We do not collect personal information through the site itself. If you contact us by telephone, QR code, or in person, the information you share is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange care.

2. What a remote consultation records

During a remote consultation we record the clinical substance: what you reported, what was reviewed, what was concluded, what remains uncertain, and what was advised. A written summary of the discussion and the plan is kept as part of your clinical record. Anything you send — descriptions, photographs, reports or results — is treated as part of that record and handled with the same confidentiality as the notes.

3. Recording of the consultation

A remote consultation is not routinely recorded as video. If a recording is to be made, you will be told before the consultation begins, and you may decline. You are entitled to know who is present at both ends of the conversation, and you may ask for the consultation to be arranged so that you can speak privately.

4. How information is used

Personal and clinical information is used only to respond to your enquiry, coordinate an appointment, provide the care you request, and keep the clinical record that follows from it. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

5. Medical information and its limits

Information shared with our care team is treated as confidential. Online messages are for general guidance and appointment coordination and do not create a doctor–patient relationship, a diagnosis, an assessment, or a treatment plan. A remote consultation produces a clinical opinion, and it is recorded as such.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
